Acting Principal (Gakuenchō Dairi) is one of the officers in charge of overseeing Palaestra.

At Palaestra[]
The acting principal stands in for Principal Ionia when he is absent from Palestra. Despite his bureaucratic appearance, the acting principal is a former Saint. He is able to perceive the explosion caused by Mars on the remote island where Kōga lived and immediately sends Lionet Sōma to investigate.
Martians Invasion[]
During the attack of the Martians on Palaestra, the Principal refuses to obey the forces of Mars. As a result, he is violently hit by the Martian Commander. He then becomes one of the human pillars of the Tower of Babel.
