In The Lost Canvas, he was the unnamed 18th Century Crow Silver Saint. He first appears when Alone invaded the Sanctuary, standing over a pillar with a crow in his shoulder, along with Saints wearing the Ophiux and Whale Silver Cloths. He was then sent with a group of soldiers (apparently, his apprentices) on a reconnaissance mission to find out Hades' whereabouts. During the mission they were attacked by Specters, and all this apprentices were killed, but Crow managed to return to the Sanctuary, although mortally wounded.
Before his death, he informed Athena that Hades had established his stronghold in the Lost Canvas.
